I was born and raised in the beautiful island of Puerto Rico.  I have lived in Texas since 1967 making Collin County my home for 42+ years.  My three adult children attended and graduated from Wylie ISD.  My Real Estate career expands 22 years with you being my priority always.  I have won many distinguished awards not only in my real estate but also for my community involvement.  I believe in giving back as is during those times when I feel the most blessed.  Volunteering and raising funds for those afflicted by a catastrophe has been a great passion of mine.

 Purchasing or selling a home can be overwhelming but rest assure I will carry you from beginning to end explaining the process and reinforcing my commitment to you of a smooth transaction.  Being bi-lingual affords me the luxury to work with Spanish speaking clients giving me an edge.  Even English speakers prefer their native language and Texas is rich in its Latino culture.   My designations as a Short Sale and Texas Affordable Housing Specialist helps in assisting clients who need the extra help during difficult times.  I am a “people’s person” and some of my clients have been the children of previous clients.  My hobbies are music, dancing and traveling, meeting people of an array of cultures.
